Webinar: The Hub Online Series – Navigating the new normal for payments

Discuss the future of payments during these challenging times. The Hub online series is to look at the impact of COVID-19 on the payments industry, and discuss the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Our theme for the series is: Navigating the new normal for payments. As we all adapt to new ways of living, working and doing business, what will the ‘new normal’ life look like and what does that mean for payments?
Over five online sessions, starting on 22 September, we’ll examine areas we believe will become increasingly important for our industry to consider. Topics include the future of payments, data sharing, emerging technology and business models, the importance of interoperability, and purposeful payments.
The first session – Re-imagining the future of payments – will be opened by our Chief Executive, Steve Wiggins, and will feature two guest speakers – futurist and Moven founder Brett King, and SBS Bank CEO Shaun Drylie. In this session they will share their thoughts on the impact of COVID-19 on the local and global payments communities.
