This month we have four ground-breaking companies presenting. These companies are reshaping insurance by focusing on the customer journey unlocking the potential for insurers to not only radically improve customer service but also help resolve back-end legacy system challenges.

IBM. This event is kindly hosted by IBM who will share the ongoing development of the WatsonAI and also share other sector insights.

Face Me:
CEO Danny Tomsett will share FaceMe’s work in the Fintech sector using the likes of ‘Sophie’, empathetic AI Digital Assistant ‘humans’ to delight customers. Apart from delighting customers and helping them transact, Face Me’s solution also helps resolve the need to create scalable, consistent and on brand customer experiences. Will the contact centre ever be the same again?

Quadient
Presented by David Allen the VP for NZ, Quadient are an international Omni-channel software platform enabling organisations to implement Omni-channel solutions across the enterprise. Focusing on the customer journey David will share how legacy systems can be ‘de-coupled’ to the benefit of customer – and organisation.

IP Soft
Flying in from Australia, Andrew Winlaw, VP Sales for IP Soft APAC, will share global insights especially focusing on the value of unified communications and systems integration. In particular IP Soft have their own platform that leverages Digital labour and the automation of IT and business processes.
