Ivana Tranchini
- Head of Products & Solutions - NZ & South Pacific Visa Inc.
Ivana is responsible for working with Visa’s clients, partners and the broader ecosystem participants to develop and implement Visa products and capabilities that drive growth and innovation.
Ivana was previously a Senior Client Director where she led the growth of key Visa partners and had a 12 year career in corporate communications across payments and banking, as well as B2B consulting through global communications agencies.
She is passionate about innovation that closes the gap between developed and emerging payments markets, and sharing insights into new technologies, regulation, ecosystem dynamics and operating models.
Shayne Shepherd
- Investment Director - Pioneer Capital
Shayne has extensive experience in planning and executing strategy, acquisitions and financings of Australian and New Zealand growth businesses. He joined Pioneer Capital in 2017 and sources and manages private equity investments and leads their Private Debt programme.
He is currently a director of Optimal Workshop and Tally Group and oversees Pioneer Capital’s Parkable private debt investment.
Milan Cooper
- CEO - First AML
After a career in management consulting with Bain & Company, Milan is well equipped to lead the First AML team. Milan is passionate about creating amazing customer experiences and is committed to ensuring First AML's customers have the best solution to meet their compliance obligations.
Milan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Auckland and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
Nick Houldsworth
- Executive GM Ecosystem - Xero
Xero is a global small business platform, with over 1000 connected apps in its ecosystem.
In 2021 Nick oversaw the launch of the new Xero App Store, and has held board and advisory roles for a number of startups.
He is passionate about building a network of innovation through Xero’s ecosystem community to support small businesses worldwide. He is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
